Terms of Service
The contract between you and Managable. Read it — it is shorter than most.
1. The service
Managable provides a unified workspace for freelancers and small agencies — clients, projects, documents, finance, credentials, and AI assistance. We provide the software; you provide the work.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Managable. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the conduct of any teammates you invite. Do not share credentials; we have free guest links for that.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use Managable to commit fraud, launder money, or evade taxes.
- Do not store data you do not have the legal right to store, including third-party personal data without consent.
- Do not reverse-engineer the service, abuse the API, or attempt to exfiltrate other workspaces' data.
Violations may result in suspension and, in serious cases, termination plus reporting to authorities.
4. Subscription & billing
Plans renew automatically at the cadence you chose (monthly or annual). You can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans are pro-rated as credit when upgrading. We do not refund partial periods on downgrade.
5. Your data
Your data is yours. We make no claim on it. We use it only to provide the service to you. You can export all of it in one click, any time, on any plan.
6. Service-level commitments
We target 99.9% monthly uptime, measured against API and dashboard availability. SLA credits available on Growth and Scale plans — see the SLA addendum at security.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost contracts, or lost data beyond our backup window.
8. Changes & termination
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes. You may terminate at any time. We may terminate for cause (violation of acceptable use) immediately, or otherwise with 60 days' notice and a pro-rated refund of any prepaid term.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) for Gulf customers, the Republic of Ireland for EU customers, and the State of Delaware for US customers, determined by the billing address on your account.
